It is as advertised. It is a cute shirt for my daughter to wear on her birthday. As some reviews have said it does run pretty small. My daughter is almost 2 and I bought her a 4t and I don't think she will get more than one use out of it. She is big for her age so I expected to order on the larger side anyways, but even then it still seems pretty small. Overall cute shirt and looks just like the photos.
