Is it compatible with intel lga 1700?

I just received a be quiet dark pro 4 that I ordered last week and it did not come with the lga 1700 mounting kit. A free kit can be ordered on Be Quiet website but you have to submit proof that you purchased a Be Quiet cooler and lga 1700 processor or motherboard with lga 1700 socket.

I'd like to buy a replacement fan for the BK020. What size of fan fits that cooler?

The fan needs to be 135mm wide by 22m tall. The link below is where I found my information. It also lists other information about the stock fan, such as RPM and CFM and Static pressure of air moved by fan.http://www.bequiet.com/en/cpucooler/572

Has any tried this in a Rosewill 4U rack mount case?

I have not - I tried it in Fractal Design Focus G Black ATX Mid Tower Computer Case. It has a Max CPU Cooler Height Allowance of 165mm, which is used almost fully by this cooler. A quick google search for max cooler height for 4U units brings up 154mm - which is way less than what I think will be sufficient. So I would not recommend it.
