I soaked a few of these chunks in water for about 8 hours, and when they were tossed on hot coals, man did they SMOKE! And the meat flavor was fantastic!

Huge quality
Got these for my brother in law who has a huge smoke cooker. I did my research and discovered that the wood chunks are more appealing and useful to your avid experienced cook using a large smoker. I ordered three different flavours. Due to my inexperience I didn’t realize how huge these bags were going to be. He loved them and is super excited to try them out, although hasn’t been able to yet.
