Machine works just fine, but the wax is not good
I received this today, and it took very long time to heat, more than 40 minutes. It finally did heat up but the wax was not running easily. I do not know if there was something wrong with the wax or the machine. But I guess the wax is not of very good quality!

The item was used and broken
I recieved the item it was broken and used. Very bad experience...I do not recommend it at all. Not sure who the send a used item and broken.
