You are correct, but ARB lists the dimensions weird. This is direct from their site: External 17.1″ (H) x 19.3″ (W) x 32.3″ (D) Internal Fruit & Dairy Compartment: 5.7″ (H) x 14.0″ (W) x 6.1″ (D)| Main Compartment: 13.1″ (H) x 14.0″ (W) x 18.8″ (D)

Q: Is the furthest that lid opens about a 60ﾟangle? Lid doesn't open fully 90⁰ -180ﾟand it's not removable?

The lid opens all the way and you can slide or remove the lid if you can’t vertically open it up. Itis removable! Very convenient in tight spaces!

Q: Is there a kit to lock this in place so it is less likely to be stolen?

We didn't get one but you can use cable lock and lock it down to the truck.
