Great for a backup!
I don't use this very much except when at theme parks our out kayaking just in case my phone needs charging but the few times I did use it it worked great!

Ordered this for my son-in-law, he is a gadget geek! ;) He loved it and usages it all the time!

Don't expect much...
I understand that solar power chargers may not be super effective but I was pretty frustrated after I left this inside my car under sun light for 2 days and it only charged about 10% of my Samsung Galaxy S3.I am looking for something to keep in my car during the day that can be used in case I need when I'm away of my car. This unit does not have a holder so that you can keep it in your car as you drive.Maybe it is good to keep in your backpack but also, I'm not sure it may take to get some reasonable juice in it.

Useless Product
If I could give this a negative rating, I would. My son purchased this item with his hard-earned money to use as a phone charger while camping. We received the item and noticed right away that the power cord didn't work. We have used the product several times, in direct sunlight, and each time the phone actually drains instead of charges. Now we have to pay shipping charges to get this useless product back for a refund. Don't waste your time or $$ on it.

Didn't work
This device did not work when I received it. The LED lights never turned on and I tried multiple power outlets and cords and left it plugged in for 48 hours. I returned it

Fantastic
This solar panel work great for the price under sunny condition never try it on cloudy day yet but i try charging all my accessories that support usb and nothing really fail on me great solar device I love it and would recommend it

Wish Id spent a bit more for something better
It charges at least. But the solar panel didn't really help much and quit working within a week. Also was damaged during shipping as a corner is broken off. And since the panels just kind of fall apart I've had to wrap it in scotch tape to prevent that. Would've returned it but someone here took the packaging during a dump run the day I got it, and I didn't want another one of these in any case. Oh and the cords that come with it didn't really work that well either. Oh well live and learn I guess...

Jury's still out. Does not work with all cords. Charges quite slow. Just not sure about it yet!
