Will color show over brown hair?

It will show up a little— I have light brown hair and this made my hair a red-leaning auburn.

Can this be used to highlight hair and not a all over color?

Of course- as long as you have a way to keep the dye from getttimg all over the rest of the hair. This is also a darker color in terms of there dyes so idk if 'highlighting' would be achieved. But if you mean just to put it on certain sections and others then definitely! I currently have my hair dyed three different colors.

Is this pouch resealable or can it be sealed in another container and used later?

There's a twist cap so the package can be resealed. I've used this product for years, color the crown of my short hair, and get 3 applications out of each 4 Oz pack, and can say it seals really well.

Can i mix this with other semi permanent dyes?

I’ve mixed with other dyes before and it turned out fine. I often mix with Arctic Fox colors.
