I ordered this for my Dad as a gift and he loves it! His old one wasn't holding his bills very well, and this one has a strong magnet.

Not a scientific experiment, but I kept adding bills folder over to see how many it would hold. It’ll hold 24 bills, stacked and then folded. I wouldn’t recommend this though. You could whisper to it and it’ll snap open. 23 to 22 bills and it’ll grab. 21 to 16 gets grippy. 15 bills and lower and it’s like a snapping turtle. The strength of the magnets really shines here. It’s my first money clip so I may have zero clue what I’m talking about or what’s to be expected, but so far thumbs up.

I used to carry some emergency cash wrapped in grocery bills or tied with rubber because I didn’t want to carry my wallet all the time. I see people using these money clippers all the time so I thought it’s better to buy magnetic clip to carry the cash safely and in organized manner. This magnetic clip I bought is stronger than I expected. It’s so sturdy and simple to use. It handles cash just the way you put that in. But people are complaining the magnets are so strong, well that’s from people with weak grips. I always wanted something like this. I am really happy with my purchase. Thanks for reading my review.
