調整が効いて使いやすいです。

この手の物はジムにもあるのですが、顎を留める部分が無いタイプなので何か不安定で使い勝手が悪いのですが、こちらは顎まで留めるものが有るので、結構安定して使えました。しっかり留められるので、その分余計な気を使わずしっかりと効かせられるようです。シャックルも28mmのプレート穴にそのまま通過できるので、ホント使い勝手が良くて嬉しかったです。

This Neck harness is the best I've used. Great if your using it for seated or standing extensions. The sizing and fit is good, the product is robust, fit for purpose and is excellent value for money. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in basic neck training exercise.
