Gaiam Pilates Coreplus Reformer Resistance Band Kit - Home Fitness Equipment for Total Body Workout - Helps to Target Muscles, Tone, and Build Resistance - Comfort Grips (Includes Digital Workout)

I think I will like this but have to get used to how to use it. It is made well!!

I use this to keep my shoulder strong when I don't have time to shoot my bow. It works great for that and doesn't take up much room in my little trailer.

Overall, this band was exactly what I was looking for. However, the dvd that came with it is virtually useless since I have no way to play it. It would be awesome if they would provide a QR code with a link to the video to watch on my phone.

Broke the first day I used it

This resistance band is a great idea, but needs to be available with variable resistance. Some exercises are much easier to do with this than the typical stretchy resistance band, and (hopefully) no worry of the band snapping. I'm a woman of average strength but can't do some of the exercises because the bands are too short and don't stretch enough. Some of the exercises shown in the instructions are simply not possible unless you're the Hulk! This shouldn't be a one-size-fits all gadget.

This routine works every part of your body and it definately takes Pilates to a new level. Pilates is very good for toning and stretching the muscles and this reformer adds more challenge to the routine which makes it more fun. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I find myself getting my feet caught in the cords during the changes to the next exercise and that is kind of frustrating. We aren't all graceful dancers so sometimes I have to stop the dvd to get situated for the next exercise. I expect that over time I'll get better at it but I'd rather be focused on practicing my Pilates moves and not have to stop to get my cords right. I'll keep working on it though because I like the way the Reformer challenges the muscles.

This product has been a wonderful way to supplement my Pilates routine from home. It’s convenient, easy to use , Cost-effective with great videos on YouTube. Will give you a nice resistance workout.

I like this. I find it practical , versatile and great to travel with.

Article indispensable pour le pilates car il permet de travailler plus encore les muscles. Il permet de varier et intensifier le travail.

It's not a gimmick it's useful and good quality. I am currently using it for physiotherapy purposes but I think I'll be using it afterwards when physio is over. Check out the GAIAM AUSTRALIA CORE REFORMER PLUS video on YOU TUBE it's very good. In general they're are other good GAIAM AUSTRALIA video's on YOU TUBE.
