the infamous "you Get what you pay for" review
so i received my bands last night, super excited to try them before taking them to the gym. for starters, they look great. HOWEVER the material is wayyy too elastic and stretchy, so it kinda defeats the purpose of having them. i did a few practice squats and other exercises before getting more disappointed, and they found that they dont stay on, let alone tightly, when standing back up. really just kinda slid down. id recommend looking at some other ones. will be returning today. hope this helps!

I mean the material is ok !! Doesn’t stay on and so annoying cuz it slips off a lot .. I’m try it out at home but I really don’t see or feel any difference ..
