A really great supplement!
I take two capsules every day, and that is enough to keep hot flashes away. It also makes my skin look nicer. But everyone is different, and some people might need to take the full dose, which is five capsules. Soy milk also contains isoflavones. If you drink a cup or two of soy milk, it will also relieve hot flashes. I used to drink soy milk, but lately it seems to make me feel sick. If you have trouble swallowing capsules, these capsules open easily. You just pull them apart, and you can mix the powder inside with juice, yogurt, or a smoothie.
