Seat cushion is a little bit firm, but overall, comfortable and has great mechanics.

I’ve had this chair for a few months now. It is definitely comfortable to sit in for long periods of time, which helps a lot with staying productive while working, or focused during long gaming sessions. I even had a part arrive broken, and after contacting the seller I had a replacement in my hands in less than a week :) Overall I’m very happy with this chair! Recommended. Pros: Very comfortable Lots of adjustable parts, including armrests Good price Good customer service Cons: Feels a bit cheap (lots of plastic parts) Wide armrests (will depend personally on your size)

Love the chair

The chair box arrived in the most beat up, pre opened box I have ever received. After struggling to put It together from the janky instructions we finally did it and took a seat... what an unimpressive seat it was. The seats on the bus are more comfortable. To market such a chair as a "gamers" chair is silly. You can sit in it, but you def won't be comfortable. We got this on Black Friday Sale for half off, but the regular price tag is almost $600... what a waste. And now, it is near impossible to get it returned. I opted to spend the $12 to have UPS pick it up and waited around for 3 full days to never have them arrive. I was just informed they wanted me to place the package on the doorstep where "UPS could see it" or they wouldn't even attempt to pick it up. There sure are a lot of flaws in that plan. 1 being that it is POURING rain and the package would be destroyed and 2 being there is no way to ensure it will be UPS and not some random person taking this waste of $300 chair. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. DONT BUY STUFF LIKE THIS FROM AMAZON. MORE EFFORT THAN IT IS WORTH. Big ol Fat thumbs down.

When I opened the box and removed the contents I didn’t find an assembly guide. I went on the Arozzi website, but there was no assembly guide for this chair, though there were PDF’s for other chairs. I went on their 24-7 chat, but Emma couldn’t help me. She told me to use the contact portal and I’d get an answer in one business day. But it was Saturday and I wanted to assemble the chair. I found their YouTube assembly video, which is helpful, but not great. When I opened the bag containing the chair seat, I found the assembly guide inside. But it’s garbage. It has some pictures, but no directions. There are 3 different size screws. 2 of them are similar, but the guide doesn’t tell you where the longer screws go. And it skips the step of attaching the armrests. I guess they are magically supposed to attach themselves to the seat. On my chair back one of the holes in the fabric did not match the screw hole. It was off by a lot. So I had to put a new hole in the fabric. There are plastic pieces that go on each side of the chair, but it doesn’t explain how to attach them. Once I heard from customer service and downloaded the PDF on Monday I learned that the third set of screws are how you attach those. The PDF is more detailed that the paper assembly guide or the video. I got the chair together on Saturday and it’s comfortable so I’m happy about that. But I expected a better assembly guide and a smoother process from a $500 chair. And I don’t see any information about how to register the warranty for the chair.

The woven materials are soft and high quality. Reclines on geared notches which is ok. Smooth recline of 1000 dollar chairs is superior though. Handrests lowest setting is a bit too high if you are 5'8" or smaller.
