Does this also help with odor, like the non-Ph balance version?

I use this product for interstitial Cystitis. I do not buy it for any other reason but I really love that it keeps inflammation, sensitivity under control as well as fresh and clean result

Does vagisil have an expiration date?

I do not see an expiration date on my containers but there is a phone number to contact:1-800-431-2610 . I seem to use it up fast enough that I do not worry about it expiring. I love this product.

Can it be rinsed off? No more sud bubbles left on skin or wash cloth?

Yes also using a smaller amount on your bath cloth and rinsing longer should take care of that. It’s also important to keep in mind it’s not bubble bath. It’s a very good product that works well.
