Yes, but only for 35mm mounted slides and film strips. The V600 scanner comes with a separate holder for 120/220 films that handles both 6x6 and 6x7 images.

Would it work for Epson XP 640 model?

XP640 does not have a backlit lid, so it wont' work with this. Also the resolution is 2400dpi, which is on the low end to scan negatives.

Is this film/slide holder compatible with Epson printer xp-830 Expression Premium??

only if the scanner section has a backlit top as slides and negatives need a light source projecting through the slide or negative to get a copy made. I don't think your selected printer/scanner has one
