Wonderful SIppy Cup
We have had this cup for a few months now and we absolutely love it! It is the only one our daughter we really drink out of. It is pretty easy to clean, it comes apart easily but it doesn't come apart when my daughter has it.Pros- Good price, made out of safe materials, easy for little hands to hold, my daughter has beater furniture with this cup, too, and not destroyed it (thank goodness).Cons- The straw leaks when the cup falls on its side, which with a toddler this happens a lot, I knew this before purchasing, but we have a floor type that can be ruined by this. It doesn't leak out a ton, but our dog has figured out that if she takes the cup she can lick it continuously to get some water out of it. The only other issue I have with it is that there is a clear white thing that goes under the cap, and I've had to fish it out of the drain a few times when I've washed the cup because it is hard to tell that it is in the sink. My mom unfortunately lost this piece and the straw while on vacation, but somehow our daughter is still drinking out of it.Overall I'd love to buy several more of these so we could have one at the grandparent's houses and the car and diaper bags, it was definitely a great purchase for us.

Easy to suck, some occasional spillage
Love this sippy. My daughter learned to suck fr the straw almost immediately (much better than a reg sippy). It's easy to clean, easy to hold, love the handles and is of good quality. Only downside: Sometimes when opening the lid liquids come out. Also, there is sometimes spillage noticed from the bottom -not sure from where (I assume fr the spout at some point). The rubber envelope no the lower part does not easily come off so I'm a bit concerned about build up of milk (in our case) in there but so far (3 wks) so good/no smell. Parts are otherwise easily removed & cleaned. When tipped upside down or on side w/out the travel leak proof part, it will drip but I knew this before buying. I would recommend as a stainless steel option but I like the Vital Baby 10 oz straw cup for a true leak proof straw cup. Vital Baby Toddler Straw Cup, Orange, 10 Ounce Too bad that one wasn't stainless steel.

best sippy cup!
I just bought our second one of these after the sitter lost the first at the park. She said to me, "I am so sorry for losing it--I know how much you love it, and actually I always recommend it to other people I sit for, since I learned about it from you!"This sippy cup is simply the best I have found so far. First of all, the interior where the drink sits is stainless steel. Many people think if plastic is BPA free that it means no chemicals are leaching into their child's drink. Well, this is quite simply wrong from a chemical perspective. When the liquid sits in there, chemicals leach into it, especially after heated washing. While we know BPA is an endocrine disruptor, the other chemicals that leach, we simply don't know their effect yet. It was really important to me to get either a metal or glass cup for my son, but the choices aren't great.I also wanted one that required him to tip it. He drinks from a straw too, but I wanted him to associate tipping with drinking, like a regular adult glass.Additionally, I wanted one that had a straw-like mouth opening--it is supposed to be better for mouth formation. Finally, I wanted one with easy grips, safe to drop, etc.. My son uses this one- and two-handed, drops and sometimes throws it on the floor, and it is in great shape. I mentioned earlier that we just bought a new one. After a lot of dropping, the bottom steel part does get bumped up, but it is underneath the rubber holder so it still looks new.The first one we bought at a store did not have a lid. This one comes with a lid, a straw attachment, a free flow valve and a stop valve (in addition to the suction valve). The lid is a plus for minor drips when it is thrown in my purse. If I had to redesign a Safe Sippy 2.0, I'd make the mouth valve either stainless or silicone, and I'd make the mouth valve go straight up instead of angled. Otherwise, it is nearly perfect!

Not suitable for milk!
This may be the worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. This sippy cup was okay at first, even though there were many parts to wash after every use. Then it started stinking. I mean STINKING BIG TIME. The milk gets under the little seal under the top part of the cup and that seal must be taken out each time and washed but that's not even the worst part. This cup leaks just a little bit and it wouldn't be a major problem but the spilled milk gets under the sleeve and that stinks like hell. If I knew that it would cause a problem, I'd take it off and wash every time (yay!!! another piece to wash!) but I didn't realize that it was happening and now the sleeve won't stop stinking regardless of how many times I soak it in lemon juice, vinegar or even clorox. Bottom line - this may be a good cup for water but definitely not for milk. I am sick and tired of washing gazzilion parts every day and still having the bad smell. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Not leak proof..
I had high hopes for this product. But since the first time we used it it spills. Literally...whether we use the valve with the straw or to tip, it leaks. You would have to replace the valve to even set the cup down because with the valve/straw, the water comes out of the mouth if you set it down too hard (toddlers are so gentle right?)... So that aside, I did like that it had rubber on the bottom for those gentle toddlers as other stainless cups get dents quickly.

OK
The product is a well contructed product and the sippy cup feature works great. However, my problem with this product is the fact that the straw freature leaks. I would not order this product again.

Great!
Great packaging and great quality product! I appreciate that the straw part at the top is a solid plastic so it can't be chewed on and damaged. The handles are great and the bottle is light enough that it is easy for our son to carry and drink from independently. This is our second cup and we will be buying more for friends!

Super
Diese Trinkflasche ist super. Unsere Tochter kommt damit von allen die wir besitzen am allerbesten zurecht. Sie ist 10 Monate und hat es ganz schnell gelernt. Wichtig war für uns das sie aus Edelstahl ist.

Nice size. A little bit difficult for my child to get the water out but she is only just learning. Arrived well packages and earlier than expected.

Ben accessoriato!
