Hawkins Futura Nonstick Dosa Tava, Diameter 33 cm, Thickness 4.88 mm (Black) NDT33

This dosa pan is a solid performer. It heats evenly across the surface so my dosas cook uniformly, and the non-stick coating means I use almost no oil and clean up in seconds. The handle stays cool and really solid and grips well, For the price, excellent everyday pan for pancakes and crepes.

I would recommend this pan for anyone interested in making authentic homemade Mexican tortillas and Indian flatbreads, such as roti, chapati, or dosas. Not only can you save a lot of money by making these delicious ethnic breads at home, but the ones you make taste much better and are free of chemical additives. I gave this pan a 5 star rating as the pan is very authentic compared to the pans used in Mexico called comals and in India called a dosa/tava griddle. If you are using the pan to make quesadillas then you can cook 2 quesadillas at the same time to speed up the process. This pan is a very welcome addition to my kitchen and way of eating. The pan is easy to clean and safe to use with its handle that doesn't heat up. When you have guests over and you serve these authentic ethnic flatbreads to them there's a lot of wow factor involved. You may even introduce a new cooking trend to your family and friends!

it is good product and design is fine. i started using it and still i not faced problems . Hawkins should have to make Tava more bigger than this.
