Definitely student grade, especially when compared to something like Prismacolor, but then, the price is right and you can lean on them a bit harder, like children would?

色鉛筆は学校でも家でも消費が早いので助かります。本当は無くなった色だけ買い足せばいいのかもしれませんが値段を考えるとセットで買い置きしておいたほうが安く、安心感があります。
