Do these work woth a septum piercing

You would need to remove the ring or stud otherwise it won't work There won't be enough room for both.

If these are washable why do they come in packs of 10?

After a few uses I do find they loosen a bit. But they still work. I think the pack size is to do with that and the fact that at times you might lose them. I find mine in can at times come off in the night. They are good and I would recommend them.
