I can NOT use Spirulina because of it's high content of manganese and living in an area that is already high in manganese. Chlorella is jam packed with nearly all the nutrients I need. Amino acids, Omega 3's, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous ,iron, sulphur, biotin, zinc, beta carotene, lutein, inositol, vitamin K, B2, B5, B6, more b12 than liver. Also helps with heavy metal, pesticide. radiation, and liver detox. GREAT SUPERFOOD!!!

Seems like a really good quality brand. Easy to take, no unpleasant side effects. It literally cleared my acne up on my face. My skin looks and feels amazing. Great detox of toxins supplement.

Update 12/2019: i do like this supplement now. I do feel more energetic when i take it. And keeps my bowels on point. I have only been taking this for a week, don't see much of difference. Only thing I notice is my bowls are in motion every morning; I take this at lunch time.

I bought this after being diagnosed with high cholesterol because I read Chlorella could help. I Also notice that I no longer have shortness off breath when going up the stairs or doing minor things. For years now I have been getting shortness of breathe for just about anything that requires movement. As for my cholesterol, I go see my doc in 3 months to get tested again. I will update you all when I get my results. Even if it doesn’t help reduce my cholesterol, I am still thrilled with how I have benefited from this product.
