See ya night terrors
Our 2 year old had been having what we think were night terrors. Possible they were just nightly nightmares. But once we started using this consistently after a couple weeks they have diminished greatly. Sure she still has them once a week if that but at least it’s not nightly or multiple times a night. Would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.
