So it’s been a while I started using this protein. I never felt like trying any vegan protein and since this is my first, I’d say it isn’t that different than the rest for the first try. I liked the chocolate flavour. Reasonable price and a good option for plant protein. It can be consumed post workout or as an evening snack option. Would recommend the women to add this to their daily routine.

So it is been a whole month and I have finished a whole jar and here is what I feel. I bought it because after joining gym my energy levels droped down and this helped like magic. The day I started taking this my energy levels were up. I only took 2 scoops instead of whole 4. It is a bit fulfilling but it isn't mentally satisfying. I always felt like eating something even though I was almost full with this shake which lead to adding more calories in my diet. After 2 weeks, my gym got sealed due to corona and I started to feel a bit bloated as if my body is just storing this protein. I decided to give this a break and I am back to feeling light. Go for this only if you are able to burn it with a highly active lifestyle. Taste wise, it taste just like a protein shake. I mean it isn't going to taste like oreo shake soo...
