Great kiln wash!
This I s an excellent product! Those who have problems are not following directions. The company takes the guesswork out of water/wash mix ratio. It works very well when used as directed. Too many or too thick coats will cause it to flake, also not waiting for it to dry between coats. It is best to plan ahead and apply coats a few days before the shelves are needed.

Poor results
I have tried 3 times to use this kiln wash. It continues to flake and peel. This 1st photo shows it flaking before it has been in the kiln. I scraped all the wash off and recoated with 3 coats. I keep thinning it after each failed attempt. The 2nd photo is after kiln firing to cone 5.It’s flaking and peeling if fired to cone 04 tp cone 5.The last firing I did let the kiln wash completely dry in between coats and it was completely dry before using it in the kiln.I did mix accordingly to instructions for the 1st attempt but have diluted the wash further for 2nd and 3rd try.
