I am completely satisfied with this product from Life Extension brand. The information on the bottle shows the ingredients very clearly. 10mg Thiamine Hydrochloride and 250 mg Benfotiamine. There are several videos on YouTube about Benfotiamine. If you are not familiar then I suggest you google it. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow but you will want to sip some water or take a bite of food to help it go down. The 250 mg dose is almost the highest you can get in a single capsule. I have seen 300 mg capsules but that's not a big difference. Many many people need a thiamine supplement, not just old people. I like the bottle and the bottle cap, it opens and closes with a snap and there is a bit of cotton inside which keeps the capsules from spilling out all at once. This product will affect you so consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
