I don't see a sizing guide. How do I know to order Regular or Large?

The sizing guide is difficult to find, but it is there. On the left of the product image are some small icons of the different product views. If you click on the one that shows the back of the box , you will note that Regular fits 12-15" and the Large 15 1/4 to 17 1/4 necks. Hope this helps.

Does this keep the jaw in position when reclined keeping the mouth closed?

Due to a medical condition, I can only sleep slightly elevated on my back, which insures that I snore. I had already used this product on a trans-Atlantic flight, where it kept my mouth firmly shut, and I slept comfortably in an upright position, with no neck wobble. I tried this in my own bed, and if on firmly enough (leave enough room to insert one finger), there is no way the jaw can drop. In addition, it has helped eliminate neck pain.

Does this roll-up into a compact ball when not in use? A similar pillow from Anywhere rolls compactly when not in use..

It's not very big and is lightweight. You can roll it but the Velcro is not positioned to hold it there. I guess you could put a rubber band or something else around it to keep it rolled. The Velcro is good for attaching to a luggage or purse strap.

My problem is that my head turns at night, twisting my neck. Will this help keep my head from turning?

I use it at night to prevent that very problem, and to prevent myself from snoring because my jaw can't drop with it on. It has eliminated a lot of neck pain for me since I've begun sleeping with it every night. It just takes a little getting used to because it can fit quite snuggly, but if put on right, it won't strangle you!
