I don't see why not, but your toy would need to have some type of loop to connect to the rope. You could loop the rope itself around some part of your stuffed toy. Be careful that the toy can handle your fur baby pulling on the toy. Flirt pole pulling is a bit more intense than regular tug of war. Hope this helps!

Can you adjust the length of the cord?

Hi, Yes, of course. However, the cord doesn't have a built-in feature that would allow to simply adjust the length of the cord. You have to untie the cord first and then tie the cord back according to your required length.
