Not as painful as some head said, it does take a little to get use to but don't let the "Painful" reviews scare you off. In my opinion, if you're planning to use these as walking around for a period of time, don't. You can move around the house comfortably workout too much discomfort. The best time to use these it's when you're watching TV, reading or just doing nothing rotating your feet on the massagers as long as you want. You determine the pressure you press down on.

It's an ok product

I have a condition which causes daily pain in my heel, but wearing these sandals 20 minutes a day has actually made the pain go away. If I forget to wear the sandals a few days in a row, the pain comes back, so use them every day. It did hurt the first day, but gets more tolerable every time you wear them.

Very uncomfortable. I can't walk by wearing these slippers.

Wearing these for the first time definitely feels a bit like acupuncture for your feet. The massage points can feel quite intense initially, especially if you’re not used to that type of pressure. However, once your feet adjust, they genuinely feel incredibly relieving and refreshing to use. I usually wear them for around 15 minutes in the morning or after a long hard shift, and they really seem to bring my feet back to life afterwards. They’ve been especially helpful for tired aching feet and general foot fatigue, and the massage effect feels surprisingly effective. Overall, uncomfortable at first but absolutely worth sticking with because they genuinely work well.

Well packed delivered and excellent quality product

Buenísimo producto. He sentido alivio desde la primer puesta siguiendo las instrucciones que están bastante claras.

So far so good! The first two days I could only use them for two minutes, but today (after five or six days of trying them) I could walk around much easier for twenty minutes with them on. My feet and lower legs feel more warm and alive. The skin on my lower legs has gotten more colour and no longer looks grey. I think that this buy might prove to be one of the healthiest decisions I have made lately.
