" Review: good product - iam happy with this Review: Excellent filter / Easy to install - I've used faucet attached filters (e.g. PUR / Brita) for years, but they all seem to eventually leak from the casing as the replaceable cartridges age / saturate. I decided to up my game and purchase a multistage under-the-sink filtration system and after some research selected PureDrop CUW4. It was very easy to install (if you are familiar with "Push-To-Connect" technology) and works great. I've seen some reviewers complaining that flow is weak / low, but I have not had that issue with the system installed under the sink in my home kitchen, so I suppose if you have "average" water pressure, you should be fine. "Leaks" are likely cause by having not properly engaged the "Push-To-Connect" technology (e.g. not pushing the tubing in far enough). My only complaint would be that the instructions could d a better job with more descriptive text and images that explain the "". They do provide a web link to a video for assistance with "Push-To-Connect" technology, but: 1) it also needs "work" (I've seen much better instructional videos with clos-ups of the actions to be performed) and I was still a bit confused about exactly what to do to the little blue plastic ring clamp - push/pull/squeeze/etc, and 2) who wants to go and click on a link while you are already looking at instructions - just put the text / images in the manual to begin with)? Product is great but deserves a better instruction manual.

Great system
I have city water where I live and was not interested in an RO system, so this filter sounded like a good match for me. It is functioning perfectly and provides “polished” water filtered through four separate filters which are long lasting (depending on how much water you use) and are very easy to change. Installation was a bit of a problem but that was due to the plumbing in the house and I don’t think that would be a problem in more modern homes. Recently the city flushed the water system and our tap water had a rusty appearance but the filter water remained sparkling crystal clear. This is a perfect way to filter water for coffee and drinking. As the manufacturer states this system is ONLY for a city water system and would not work for well water. VERY happy with this system and highly recommend it.

Taste is not as good as a reverse osmosis system
Put it in the rv So we wouldn’t need to always fill water jugs to take with but the digital screen never worked, also If your used to the flavour of reverse osmosis water this is not for you tasted closer to tap water
