The materials are outdated so that it makes it impossible to complete most of the experiments
The experiments require that you have a lot of items at home which seem outdated, like filament bulbs for heat, a TV with a flat top that gives off heat. The last time I had a TV like that was in the 90's.The mist maker does not work. The thermometer holder does not fit to any standard plastic bottle size.My list goes on.Highly recommend you do not buy this outdated product.

It’s alright
For me this was an ok one to build the kids got into helping hold the screwdriver and stuff. However it is a little bit wobbly and doesn’t walk so great so we didn’t play with it as much as some of the other robots in this series the kids had more fun with the cable car one and one with wheels. Also this is solar so it doesn’t work for playing inside unless you have a bunch of incandescent bulbs in your house but I don’t I have all led so it doesn’t work inside or on a cloudy day outside. Actually we took the solar panel off and then I taped on a battery instead and connected the leads to it so we could use it indoors.
