Does it already come calibrated?

The digital scales we sold were already calibrated before leaving the factory

Is there a way to adjust the calibration/recalibrate?

I bought a set of calibration weights about 5 bucks. For what we paid for the scale it needs to be calibrated every once in a while to make sure you don't short change yourself..

Does this have a calibrate function? If so what weight Is required for calibration?

Yes,Every digital gram scale was calibrated thousands of times before they came from factory.If you don't have weights,you can also put one dollar bill on the scale,1 dollar bill equals to 1 gram exactly,if the scale reads 1 gram,the scale is calibrated accurately.

How do u work it, and is it suppose to come with the lid craked and the scales not registering...even if pushed down with fingers?

Simply power on the scales and choose which increment of weight you want to see. Ect Grams or Oz. Then you will always Tare/balance the scale. Tare button. AMD weigh. The lid craked sounds like a shipping problem and I would contact amazon on a refund or replacement.
