Do not buy
I ordered two similar bamboo racks from two different sellers. The first one was just great but the second one, which is from this seller is a disappointment. Attached are three photos which are self explanatory. As you can see one area of the bamboo strip is not flushed with each other, another area it isn’t completely built right, then when it’s assembled it tips, not level ! I have to put a small strip of cardboard to level it. Compared with the other Seller, they are charging $5 more for a rack that is less than 2 cm higher. The back strips are also narrower and it doesn’t come with padding for the feet or spare screws like the first seller/manufacturer. If you need a bamboo rack, DO NOT buy from this Seller!

Herculean effort, chinzy product
I just finished putting together a different brand's shelf and was looking forward to putting this Hynawin shelf together. It turned out to be a nightmare for several reasons:(1) Either the drilled holes are too small, or the screws far too large. Only Hercules could fasten the pieces together without the aid of a pair of pliers, and in one case (see second picture) the back of the lower shelf split - easy to do since the shelves are so thin.(2) No extra screws were included. Please see picture 1 showing a defective screw head. I wound up using a black wood screw. Most assemble-it-yourself outfits include extra screws, washers, etc.(3) There are extra holes, 2 on each side of the unit (picture 3). I can see that they are there so that a shelf can be attached higher up, but a pseudo screw and bolt, or wooden plugs should be included to improve the look of the shelf. As you can see in Picture 3 there is also a large gap in the back where an extra back brace could and should have been included, but the manufacturer cut corners to save costs and increase their profits.Save your money and purchase a better product. This is by far the tackiest storage solution I've purchased on Amazon.

Cheaply made and unnecessarily difficult to assemble
Loved the idea of this, but only made it about 1/3 of the way through trying to assemble it before I decided to return. First, it’s so unnecessarily difficult to assemble, it’s almost comical. The pieces are so small and light, there isn’t enough weight to hold them even remotely in place as you screw them together, but they also aren’t notched or anything so you have to hold both pieces in place and together as you get the screws started, which is not possible with two hands (cut to me, trying to clamp pieces between my feet or wedge them against a wall with my body while trying to turn the screws—it was a mess).I was willing to pull three stooges moves as I assembled it though, because it was the exact size I needed and decently priced (and I figured assembly would be MUCH easier/less vaudeville once I got to the second side), but when I went to attach the top shelf to the left side piece, the wood immediately cracked through when the screw started going in. At first I assumed it was user error, since holding the pieces in place to attach them was so difficult, but when I took the screw out to try to adjust and see if I could salvage the unit, I realized I had aligned the pieces correctly, but because the top shelf is such a thin piece of wood and all of the screws are the same size, they’re too big to use on the piece and split the wood at the grain while being tightened.Tl;dr: would definitely not recommend. Cheaply made and very poorly thought out assembly. If you do buy it, have a second person on hand to help you assemble and purchase four smaller screws than those that come with the product to use when attaching the top shelf (the top shelf is too thin for the screws and the wood cracked and split after 2-3 turns).

Difficult assembly
I wish I would have listened to some of the other product reviews before I purchased. In my opinion I don’t see how one person could assemble this by themselves and there are definite product issues. Here are the issues. The holes for inserting the screws in all of the shelves and crossbars are too small. It takes really good muscles to screw in the screws and it is difficult to hold the pieces in the proper position while trying to forcefully screw in the screw. There are some splitting issues in some of the wood. You can see this in the picture, and this is not a piece you assemble…this is in the side piece where the dowels come preassembled. There were also some minor splitting issues as we assembled the shelf. Some super glue in strategic spots should keep it from cracking any further. It takes 16 screws and they do not put in any extras. One screw was defective so it will not screw in to get completely flush. There are no “word” explanations with the directions…only pictures. And some of the orientations of the pieces are not correct in the diagrams. Minor, but problematic when you are trying to get it “just right.”We did manage to get it fully put together, and I like the size of it. It fits where I wanted it to. I will never buy from this company ever again as their quality control is severely lacking.
