Absolutely not. The seasonic psu is standard atx form factor (think sorta cube-like) and the 9010 is a small form factor PC which uses a proprietary PSU that is very long and thin. In theory you could run it outside of the case and cut holes to the inside for the cables but that is very messy and definitely is not "fitting".

Heh, I suspect you won't find an answer to that. the answer is possibly, it depends on whether the Dell uses industry standard dimensions, mounting points, and motherboard connections. This power supply is ATX standard and I have installed standard ATX in some Dells. You can compare what you have to images on the internet of standard motherboards and cases and see if they look the same. The correct 4 screws at the back to hold the power supply and that the motherboard connectors have the right number of wires and look like the right style of connector.
