How many suits are in each purchase?

One suit. By the way, I got a size large, since I was going to wear long sleeves and long pants under it, and it was much too big for me. It appears to be good quality, and I would order it again. I had no problems with the zipper or ripping. The hood is snug with elastic. The elastic at the waist didn't help because I ordered too large of a size. There is also elastic at the ankles and wrists, making them nice and snug. Much better quality than I expected.

I ordered a bigger size so that I am able to wear a tshirt and leggings underneath

Does it come with shoe covers?

I've since, used and thrown mine out, so I'm not 100% sure but I don't think there are shoe covers. I recall usinh rubber boots which worked great and were easy to hose off as needed. I used and reused the suits several times to spray orchard trees and they worked great - no rips or busted zippers - through to the end of our fruit season. I would purchase them again.
