Closed Spray Auto Detailing and Upholstery Cleaning Wand

Extractor is made from high-quality parts. Spray Nozzle presents a fine mist consistently wide spray pattern that is quickly removed from the fabric with a backward pull by the extractor head. I adapted this to a Shop Vac and used a standard poly air hose as the hot water line. I already had all of the parts to adapt the air hose with brass fittings to both the ¼” male NPT of the extractor and to the female hose end. The vacuum end of the extractor does not fit any standard Shop Vac-type hoses, attachments, or adapters that I could find. It is made to fit commercial extractor units. The dimensions of the vacuum hose mating end are: ID: 1.427” OD: 1.5” I ended up ordering a POWERTEC 70138 2-1/2-Inch OD to 1-1/2-Inch OD Reducer and using a 1.5” ID piece of tubing I already had to mate the two ends together. Although we have a very good water supply where I live, I found that the spray tip would clog every few minutes. I ordered a Brand: Liphontcta: 1/4" Female NPT in-Line Strainer with 50 mesh Stainless Steel Filter Screen from Amazon and inserted it in-line with the water supply to correct this issue. You can find complete hose & extractor kits out there < $200 - these are a pretty good value if you do not already have the parts to adapt the water supply line and the shop vac hose - I basically made one of these all in for $83 worth of new parts and was able to clean a 4-piece sectional sofa on all sides in less than an hour. It makes the work go fast and the power of a shop vac dries the fabric as you rinse and vac in one back-stroke.

Upon receiving my extractor head, I had one small issue (didn’t affect product performance). I reached out to the seller via phone call and the owner was very apologetic, took full responsibility, and was quick to resolve the issue. Customer service and sellers that’ll stand behind their products like that are hard to come by these days. My extractor head works exactly as described and I love that the spray pattern is even and controlled/contained within the shield. Far more neat than other extractor heads I’ve used in the past.

A very good wand makes it easy to concentrate on some stains directly. Cleans very good. Works very well. I like it a lot

This worked very well in cleaning upholstery with my portable. I really liked the closed spray, keeping overspray to a minimum or even non-existent. This wand has one major flaw in my hands. I dialed in ~350 PSI and ~200 degree F, and during the very first use, the pigtail hose developed a golfball-sized bulge at one end, leaving me to worry that the hose would burst and spray me with hot water. It did not burst, it stayed permanently bulged after use and relief of pressure, and so I replaced the hose with a $35.00 Mytee pigtail (part A935) that is far more robust.

The handle is a bit loose but other than that not bad does it’s job

The product work better than I thought! I was so worried that it wouldn’t fit onto the hose of the speedster commercial cleaner I just bought because the opening measurement seem to be bigger than the hose opening. But I just took a chance and it fit perfectly!!! And it came in 3 days instead of 10. I cleaned the he’ll out of them steps!!!

Whoa! I use this on my Galaxy 3000 extractor and man is it strong. Seriously this thing is crazy. Along with heat it will clean any carpet. My friends always ask me to show my other friends they get a kick out of how good it works. Lol 3/4/17 I still think this tool is amazballs. But i want a clear one to see when the dirt is fully extracted. Those are almost double on amazon. Boo

I have ordered these attachments before. But this one was incorrect..it had the Male connection..when it should have a female connection..I actually had to switch out with one of my old ones so u could use it.having a Male connection makes no sense

I'm unable to find the attachment for the quick release part of the extractor. None of the hardware stores have anything that can attach to it. They provide no information about it. It's not threaded so it's even harder to find attachments.
