Puedes buscar recetas para el cutis con arcilla o si la quieres usar para ingerir, pues te cuento que yo lo hice (siguiendo los consejos de una señora un poco hippie en FB y no lo haría de nuevo) y no hace nada ni bueno ni malo. Puede dar diarrea eso sí 😂 pero no tiene permisos de salud entonces no lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a hacer.

I have no idea, I personally would not use anything internally, unless it states it is a food grade clay. It does not state this on the bag it came in.
