I want to buy this ones, Could you stuff with airbag to around and stick fragile noticed out of box this items when shipping to my adress?

It came shattered to my home yesterday. Amazon credited my account. No packing material around the box, no Fragile sticker.

Does it have a metal spigot? I would like to buy one with a quality plastic spigot for brewingKombucha

It's not a good idea to use a plastic spigot with Kombucha, as the Kombucha can leach plastic into your brew. However, you can use stainless steel. I switched out the plastic spigot it came with and replaced it with Stainless Works Stainless Steel Beverage Dispenser Replacement Spigot(Polished Finish), from Amazon.

There is no metal on it so I would assume there is no lead but there is a possibility the "chrome" covering on the plastic spout could have lead in it (uugh, another thing to worry about). FYI, if you get it, try it out immediately. I bought 2 of them and one of them leaked all over the floor during my family reunion. Wish I had tested it first! -k-

What is the diameter of this beverage dispenser?

Bought two of these beverage dispensers (to replace one that broke) and love them. The website description states, "Overall Width - Side to Side: 14.3", Overall Depth - Front to Back: 13.7". Unfortunately, I purchased stands based on these measurements. The ACTUAL base is 9" (because it tapers in just a bit). The diameter (side to side without spigot) is 9.5".
