The shipper did a great job with almost immediate shipping. Nice color of plastic. However the plastic is cheap andthe bottom of the teeth have small sharp ridge left from the plastic mold process. I bought this because my hair is fine and long an tangles easily. I did not want the sharp little ridge on the bottom of each tooth so I had to use sand paperon each tooth.

Comb arrived with the bottom branch broken. Material is extremely cheap plastic and the thing feels hard and brittle. There are also huge raggedy seams inbetween the come branches. Fairly poorly made come and a complete disappointment.

Fell apart after dropping it on the floor like 5 times. I'm not sure if it's the brush's fault for breaking, or my fault for being clumsy.

All the points on the comb are sharp & they hurt my scalp when trying to use comb. It is too bad that such a beautiful comb is useless, unless you like PAIN!

Good and sturdy. I keep it in my car for those times when I don't want to fish around in my purse while driving. Works great for long and thick hair.

This is a perfect comb for my thick hair. I ordered a second so I always have one at home and one in my purse.

Well made, but larger than I expected or needed, so isn't entirely what I wanted.

Broke after one year.
