Flavor Descriptions- Eve's Mandarin Orange Olive Oil:This olive oil is centrifuged with whole Mandarin Oranges giving it the flavor of the entire fruit. You will taste not only the wonderful sweet orange flavor but also the flavor of the bitter peel. Like all of our olive oils this oil will have subtle hints of grass and earthiness, a perfect balance of sweet orange and savory olive oil. Eve's Blend has many uses other than dipping. Try using it as a dressing on a fruit salad, or as a marinade on pork or fish. Blackberry Balsamic:Aged for over 18 years. This balsamic is our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with a blackberry puree added to it. There are no artificial flavorings or added sugars to our product only the natural fruit flavors themselves. Lemon Balsamic:Aged for over 18 years. This Lemon Balsamic is our White Balsamic Vinegar with lemon peel oil added to it. It has a wonderful burst of lemon tartness married with the sweet flavor of our White Balsamic Vinegar.
