Interesting taste. Can't really explain the taste. Maybe....a little "earthy". But it is not too bad.If you just want to try something different than iced teas and soda pops, then, by all means, you should give this a try.I'll certainly order these again.DON'T SHAKE THE BOTTLE. The content is fizzy.

Tastes like Beer
If I wanted to drink beer I would buy beer. But since I do not drink beer I do not want something that tastes like beer.This stuff gives me headaches like there is alcohol in it. Crappy crappy stuff. Maybe it is because they do not ship this cold with ice packs like Health Ade Kombucha does. Must ferment in the bottle? Worst Kombucha I ever tasted. I will stick to Health Ade Kombucha. Their customer service is awesome just like their product.

I bought the original flavor and loved it. This one.....not so much. I don't know if it was a bad batch or what but it was flat and blah tasting. No fizz and flat. The original flavor was awesome though!

Excellent Kombucha! Very smooth and tasty Kombucha flavor. Pure joy to have, especially knowing that it has virtually no sugar and processes tons of health benefits. I think the smoothness has to do with Pilsner water that's used to make it. I will recommend this Kombucha to everyone! Great find! Very happy.

Love the taste and consistency of this product. It’s not too sweet and is very refreshing. Also, has a beer-like taste. I ordered the lemon balm.
