I was honestly surprised by how much I like this vacuum. The Eureka Lightweight Powerful Upright Vacuum Cleaner (PowerSpeed, New Model) really lives up to its name — “lightweight” and “powerful” are spot-on. I have a medium-sized dog who sheds a lot, and my old vacuum used to struggle with the fur, especially on carpet. This Eureka model glides easily across both my carpet and hard floors, picking up stray hair and crumbs without me having to go over the same spot a dozen times. One of my favorite parts is how easy it is to maneuver. It’s light enough that I can carry it up and down the stairs without feeling like I’m getting a workout. The suction is strong for its size, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much it pulled from rugs that looked clean already. The dust cup is easy to detach and empty — no mess, no fuss. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it’s a bit noisier than some other models I’ve used, and the cord could be a little longer for bigger rooms. But for the price and performance, those are small trade-offs in my book. Overall, this vacuum is a great choice if you want something budget-friendly that still performs like a champ — especially if you’ve got pets. Got this vacuum after 10 years with my last eureka. So happy. It's lightweight, easy to put together, and does a great job. I found it picked up so much hair in my carpets from my cats and dust from around. My house definitely smells better. It's smaller than the previous vacuum but does a great job. Suction is strong in the regular and stick attachments. Durability is great so far but I haven't had much time to beat it up yet lol. Overall very happy with my purchase. Great price for the product.

I had a shark before, but it finally bit the dust. We got rid of most of the carpet in our house so I didn't want to spend a ton. I was surprised at how well this cleaned, especially for the price. It got so much up; compatible to my shark. Now, the head is quite a bit bigger so it doesn't fit under furniture or in tight areas as much. The reason I docked Star is because of the hose and the noise. While the hose is usable, it leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't stretch much and falls out easily. It's also quite loud. Overall, though, I'm impressed by this vacuum.

I looked at lots of vacuums and read lots of reviews. This Eureka PowerSpeed NEU 180 sounded good, with lots of great reviews. I need something that will take care of pet hair (dog and a cat) and be simple to use and empty, and not require replaceable filters. A lot of reviewers showed how much hair the vac got up after using their old vacuum first. They were not kidding! I ran the Eureka over a short nap carpet about 15 x 15 feet, and the dust bin was nearly full of hair and dirt. it had only been a couple of days since I vacuumed with my old Rainbow. I am amazed! This thing is light and easy to maneuver, gets under the toe space and under the edges of furniture easily. It cleans right to the edge. Unlike any vacuum I ever had before, this is NOT noisy. I always wore hearing protectors with the old ones, and don't even need them with this Not loud or obnoxious at all. The ease of dumping the dust bin is a big thing for me. I hesitated to use the Rainbow because you have to fill it with water, then find a place to dump the water/dirt/hair sludge. Then rinse and clean the cannister. My old Filter Queen used paper filters that need to be changed, and it was a nasty dusty mess to empty. Also very heavy. Also expensive: I paid something like $450 for that think way back in 1972! The new Eureka Was $78. Both the Filter Queen and Rainbow were getting problems, but still worked. I also have a Dirt Devil I bought years ago and used about twice and hated. (Want them? Come and get 'em for FREE.) I can't find anything negative about the Eureka. I am looking forward to vacuuming the rest of the house and picking up a bushel of pet hair. Some notes on things previous reviewers complained about: Some folks talked about the hole in the end of the handle, and that the hose was too short. They must not have gotten the instructions with theirs. The handle doubles as a wand that extends the hose so you can reach furniture, drapes, etc. The Owner's Use Manual that came with mine is great. Well Illustrated, thorough, and easy to understand. Another plus. Several people said the height adjustment did not work, and it either was too low and burned the carpet, or too high and wouldn't clean. I checked min before using it, and the height adjustment wheels were indeed stuck and would not lower when you turned the knob. I called Customer Service right away. Got a person quickly who was very helpful. While she was taking my information, I kept fiddling with the height rollers, and it started working! I am not mechanically illiterate, but do not know why it unstuck or what was holding it to begin with. So, it works fine. I did find that Customer Service was very responsive. I will update this review if anything changes or problems arise. Maybe it is kind of sad that at this stage in life I get excited about a new vacuum (smile) but it is a real treat to find a great product at a great price that really works!

Perfect little vacuum for less then 100 dollars you can't beat that! Has great suction on carpet and bare floors. I was worried it wouldn't work on my rug because there is no open suction feature but it did a great job!

This is my 3rd vacuum that I have bought in The last 2 months. The first 2 were horrible but this vacuum right here did not let me down. This light weight vacuum has EXCELLENT suction.? I was so impressed by how much dirt it’s able to collect. It comes with 3 different attachment heads. It was super easy to put together. The only complaint I have is that I wish this vacuum came with a hose extender. It’s nice that’s came with the different attachment heads but it just sucks that the hose is super short so it makes it difficult to use the attachment heads but other than that one issue I do think it’s a really good vacuum with awesome suction performance.

It's not a bad vacuum, but wouldn't give it 5 stars as some have. I had a Hoover Windtunnel for several years, and it has lots of suction. It finally decided to get old and even though it still works good, certain parts, like the canister, have started to crack/break. A new canister, or even a used one, is way too expensive. So I decided a new vacuum might be better. The Eureka is very light weight and easy to maneuver. Suction doesn't compare to the Hoover, but still does a decent job. I've noticed the edges of the unit don't seem to clean all that great, when close to a wall or object. I find the cord somewhat short, but again, was used to a longer one. Appearance is nice and I appreciate the on-board tools, which can be used with just the hose. So many vacuums make the user pull the whole wand/handle out, in order to use a tool. I find that silly, since if you want to use the upholstery tool, I want to hold onto the upholstery tool, not some big handle/wand. This unit does have both options in that catagory. There's no extension tube, like most vacs come with, and hose is on the shorter side as well. So it does tip over if trying to reach too far with the hose. I stopped buying Bissel for that reason, even though they looked nice and had good suction. So if you're looking for a decent vac that won't break the bank, this might work for you. If you like a longer cord, hose, extension and more suction, probably better look elsewhere.

Been a while since I purchased a new Vacuum. I was very excited to get this one, since I have been doing some heavy duty cleaning. I used it as soon as I got it out of the box. It is very lightweight and versatile. The cord is very long so it has a very big cleaning range in that respect, I usually had to unplug to move to the next room now I don't have to. All in all it is a very nice Vacuum with great range.

Es un excelente producto. Lo adquirí en oferta por $1800 y la verdad, por lo que hace vale toda la pena. Si buscas aspirar pisos duros con objetos o cabellos, estas es la aspiradora. Mejoraría si tuviera un cable de corriente retractil, porque si es complicado manejar con el cable cuando los extiendes totalmente. Fuera de eso, cumple con lo que dice.

Okay I’ll be honest, at first I was sceptical because I’d not heard of the brand before and the price point was so good. When it was delivered I definitely got a look from my partner about this random vacuum I bought off Amazon lol. HOWEVER, it took all of 3 minutes to put together and read the instruction papers, we then immediately gave it a go and let me tell you, this did not disappoint. We had a shark vacuum prior to this that crapped out on us after 2 years, I think it really struggled with the fur and dirt produced by our 3 fur babies. So something a little more heavy duty with good suction was a must. My partner and I were SHOCKED at how much dirt and fur this thing yanked out of the shag rug in our living room. I kind of wish I had taken a picture, it was that much. All doubt was gone after the first use, this is the real deal. I like that the height of the head can be adjusted for the type of surface you’re using it on, I think the people saying it’s difficult to push just may be forgetting to adjust it. The suction is obviously fantastic, and it’s very easy to take the container out to dispose of the dirt and clean it out. The one negative about it is the hose length- it needs to be longer! I was leaning down using the crevice tool and the vacuum fell on my head haha. So, needs much more length to actually be practical for use. I’ve used it several times since and can honestly say I’m still totally amazed by how much crap this pulls out of the rugs, I feel like we’ve been living in squalor this whole time and didn’t even know it, deceived by our old vacuum. Get this!

Powerful, affordable vacuum! Immediately after vacuuming our carpet with our old vacuum we tried the Eureka - amazing results as the Eureka picked up a lot more dirt! Highly recommended! One suggested improvement would be to add a light to this vacuum, otherwise a perfect product.

Ayuda a limpiar casi todo con sus aditamentos, la plancha aspiradora es algo alta y no cabe bajo sillones por lo demás buena potencia. Además que su compartimento es grande y almacena lo de días, es lavable.
