Excellent products!
Have purchased 18 of these refurbished units. Have only returned 1, which was immediately replaced. I appreciate the additional batteries for those with stylus requiring them. Appreciate the Topaz instructions. Some of the oldest units (2023) are still in excellent shape and working order! Thank you!!!!

Old and worn, not "Renewed"
Received this signature pad, it was very worn and scratched up. Looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. Definitely not renewed. Sent it back.

Works Perfectly
I gave this a try to save some money over a newer version. It looked clean and showed minimal signs of use. It also worked well with my computer software, though keep in mind YMMV depending what software you use.

Topaz Systems- signature pad
I will have owned this not quite a year and it was working here and there a few months ago and now it doesn't work at all. I use this for work and this makes it difficult to get my work completed. They do not offer any help in getting it fixed. I cannot support ordering this through this company or this product. It is defective.

Had the device installed and in use in less than thirty minutes.
Simple installation process. Was up and running quickly.

I tried to return the product,because the screen doesn't show a signature when written on. It's almost 2wks now and the supplier hasn't responded to me at all. Very displeased with service,and product.
