Are these flushable or not? Package says "compostable" and "do not flush" but some review cite them as flushable. Are the safe for a septic sysem?

I would not flush them if you are using them often...for say a newborn. But...if you use just a few per day, they would probably be fine to flush. Keep in mind that the issues arrising from "flushable" wipes is because they still take a lot of time to biodegrade. Some brands are worse and actually have caused issues at the municipal level from people flushing too many "flushable" wipes. They clog up the works flushable or not. Is the packaging biodegradable/compostable (in industrial composting)?

From the website: The packaging material for our wipes is a laminate made from PET and Polyethylene. We use this material to keep the fragrance in the package. This is why we use the symbol "recycling number 7" which as we know is not not the clearest symbol because it's associated with BPA plastics. We would have to use both the PE and the PET symbol otherwise but decided to use "recycling number 7". BPA only exists in polycarbonate or rigid plastics that was previously used in baby bottles, epoxy and curable glue. Our type of laminate is accepted by COSMOS (Eco certification) as it is possible to recycle it.

What are the other 1.6% ingredients besides water? Why are the ingredients not listed?

Hi there! The major part of our wipes is of course water (> 98%) and the added components are present in very low concentrations. To ensure good performance and good shelf life for our wipes we need to use preservatives, as the wipes would otherwise go bad quickly.

What plants/fibers is it made from?

All our wipes are made out of viscose from 100% wood pulp!
