How thin a patty can you get?

I haven't tried to make the thinnest patty I can but I assure you it will easily make less than 1/4 pound burgers. This has a lot of adjustment, I've made as small as 1/4 pound and as big as 3/4 pound burgers. This is a very nice kitchen tool
