Can this be played with 8 players?

Yes! The more the merrier! We’ve played with 14 and it’s a blast!

Do you have to match all answers correctly to get a VIP card or just your favorite answer?

I believe you get a VIP for each correct answer. And the person who wrote your favorite gets one. But it's such a simple rule that can be done either way.

Can you play this with just 2 people?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Harold. The game is for 4-6 players, so the game does not work for just two people. If you wanted to, you could ask/answer the Loaded Questions with just one other person...but you would not be able to enjoy the gameplay.
