It is very common to get to know about the judgements which SC makes, available even through internet. What was expected from the earlier views made on the book was that it would also give a detailed verbatim of the arguments of lawyers in the famous cases. That the author fails to do inspire of her glowing introduction of being present in all those cases. The book is simple a reproduction of the already available SC judgements with some extra collations.

Subject book is very very useful for people who associated with legal field as well as for the common man. It helps to understand what exactly happens at specific time and how it was tackled by judiciary for betterment of our society

The cases are very nicely explained and are in sections.The condition of the book is very good and is perfect for hard bound lovers.

Clearly a masterpiece with nearly all the landmark cases of approx a decade or so. it's a wonderful piece of work
