This is pretty lightweight, so I would put this on first. Let it sink in, then apply your facial sheet masks since they are heavier.

This is the clear formula. Looks like water.

Q: Exactly what skin type is the light one for?

It's theoretically for oily skin, but it feels like just a watered down version of the "moist" lotion. I have oily skin but will go back to ordering moist when this bottle runs out.
