Size Issues
PROS - very comfortable; provide great support for high arches; ventilated well to keep feet cool/not-sweaty; made of light-weight, soft, flexible material that prevents skin irritation/chafing.CONS - Confusion about which size to select, especially for people who wear 1/2 sizes. My size is somewhere between W 7.5 - 8. Some reviewers recommend rounding down, while others insist on rounding up.SOLUTION (part one - What Type of Crocs Are You Buying?) - Look at the Crocs Size Chart (google "crocs size chart" to find the official crocs link). Crocs has 3 different categories: "roomy fit," "relaxed fit," and "standard fit." The Classic Clog falls under the "roomy fit" category. The Crocs sizing chart gives clues about whether you should be rounding down or up based on the type/style of Crocs. (I wish their suggestions were more specific, but their size chart does help a lot; if I hadn't used their chart, I definitely would've rounded up to an 8, which I now know would have been too large.)SOLUTION (part two - How to Make Crocs Fit You Just Right) - My size 7 Crocs were just a tad too tight. I popped them in the dryer for 2-3 minutes and then stretched out the heel strap while warm. I ended up stretching them too much and stuck them in the dryer again to shrink them a bit. And now they fit perfectly.

Be carefull when ordering size!
The problem with this is that in the drop down menu to pick out your size it only has one number. It does not specify that it is a unisex shoe. I ordered a size 7 thinking, I was getting a woman's size 7 shoe. It was actually a woman's size 9 shoe but a MENS size 7. It does NOT specify that when ordering. So be careful the number in the drop down box is the mens size only. Now I have a size 7 men's purple Croc I have to return.

Quality and sizing are not good.
Very disappointed in the quality of these crocs. I ordered a size 9, and they are barely long enough for my foot. They are much too wide. I wear a women's 8.5B. This "unisex" size doesn't work for me. And they not as well sculpted or "cushiony" as the old crocs I have. The old ones were perfect. These were made in Mexico. I think the old ones I have were made in USA. Big difference. Crocs, wake up! You should have a women's size -our feet aren't as wide as most men's sizes. I am using a Dr. Scholl's gel insert just to keep them from slipping all around. And they are no longer a "slip-on." Have to use the back strap to keep them on my feet.

Don't Buy Crocs Online
I love Crocs. Been wearing them since 2007 or thereabouts. When I first saw them, I thought they were super ugly. Then I tried a pair on and felt like I was walking on air. SO comfortable. But they changed the sizing and no longer have the original "Beach" shoes. So I ordered a 7M 9W as I formerly wore an 8-9 woman's.To my dismay, these are too big and, not only that, the right shoe is actually BIGGER than the left shoe. I should have returned them.In the meantime, I drove to Las Vegas to a Crocs store, hoping to exchange them, but was informed they do not honor exchanges if you buy them on Amazon. I thought you could take them back but was told they had to be purchased on the Crocs official site. I did, however, purchase another four pairs AT THE STORE but tried them on. The size differences are amazing, even those made in the SAME COUNTRY!. I ended up buying two that were 8W 6M.Oh, well...live and learn.

Runs smaller than Baya
For years I've worn the crocs Baya style clogs in a size 7M/9W. These are my absolute favorite shoes, wear them all year long until they fall apart - and that usually takes a couple years! I bought these Classics in a size 7M/9W because I couldn't find navy in that size in the Bayas. They are considerably smaller, by more than half a size. I will have to wear them with the strap to the front to stretch them out enough to use it on the heel, but they are otherwise the same excellent quality I've come to expect from crocs.

Wonderful
Have Plantar Fascitis and lots of my shoes hurt feet. Also my feet are wide as they spread when on them.Did some research online for relief and many reviews said to wear Crocs. I had bought a pair of generic at a dollar store and they were great and had some I purchased from Avon years ago that were nice as well. Tried Crocs and they are perfect. No more heel pain and can walk around grocery stores and not be sore afterwards. Bought another pair so there is a spare.Thought maybe the holes would be bad in rain and snow, but since my feet are usually always hot, the holes are wonderful to have. And these fit perfectly with room for foot and toes to move some. Fit great with socks too. They may not be pretty by some people's standards, but they do what I need them to do and will continue wearing and buying. Will be getting a sandal Crocs for this summer as well.

Straps broke almost immediately
The straps broke in half within a few days (and only 3 or 4 wearings of short duration) of getting them. My husband literally only wore them to take out the garbage a few times. They belong in the garbage. What a waste of money. What happened to quality? I would like to return them.

New production Crocs are quite inferior to previous Crocs
I have worn Crocs for 15 + years. This is the first time I have not been happy with the product. They are obviously saving money in production and making a cheaper product: the plastic is harder and firmer, the shoe is slightly smaller, the heel is lower. The fit is not great like the pair I bought only a couple of years ago. I will not buy Crocs again, they are producing a cheap knockoff of their own product. I'll find something else to wear.
