I’m a gym person but in lockdown I decided to give a try to this supplement.... I wasn’t fat but had fats around my waistline.... i was doing workout in home..morning( cardio) + evening (weight training). And started the tablets morning empty stomach bfor workout and It works... bought from supplement store. I’m using this from 1.5 month and I lost 7kg wow... Keep in mind these aren’t magic pills.... u have to do exercise atlest for an hour and walk in evening. Make sure u eat very light and low carb at evening. Give some time to show results it take 25-45 days to show results. The tag line is eat wisely n workout a bit. U ll get results for sure.

Best Fat burning product

received a genuine product yesterday. i will post a result review after a month. but no heating effect. UPDATE: 14 JUNE 2021: I WAS 97KG.i lost 90kg in 20 days.now i am only 7KGs.feeling light. JK Now on a serious note: i was 97kgs ,i was rigorously doing cardio exercises 5 days a week with strict calorie count. i was loosing about 1kg per week approximately. dont know whether it helped or not but i lost some weight.that is much more important. May be this is psychological or it really worked i dnt know. but it didnt harmed me and helped in controlling my appetite.

I was one of an ardent user of mb fat burner extreme, earlier it use to come in 90 capsule, later they changed to 60 tablets, capsule was super effective, from uplifting the mood to workout duration, When they changed from capsule to tablets, it lost all its effectiveness, severe stomach pain followed by headache started to persist, i called the head office of muscle blaze and enquired, they said they have rebranded it, and capsule is replaced with tablets, and they can’t do nothing about it, I informed them about the sudden side effects i am faceing, they replied rudely, buy or don’t buy, its not their problem, So I replaced this with muscle tech hydroxycut elite capsules, its not as effective as mb 90 capsules, but better then mb 60 tablets, U can buy muscle tech or choose some other brand, but don’t use this tablets, Hope it helps, good day 👍🏻

I think that the product did support my weight loss program, although I cannot say this for sure since I was already on low calorie intake and weight training routine. There is a lot of research saying L-carnitine supports fat loss

One of the weaker caffeine supplements .. 135 mg that's low .. and You barely even feel it working because it's not effective as a fat burner . There's no thermogenic effect . You need minimum 200-300mg caffeine in order to feel it . L carnitine basically allows for fat breakdown and transport. Meaning a higher lipids flowing through the blood . So all in all its a very mild appetite suppressant and NOT A FAT BURNER BY ANY MEANS . A black coffee would work better than this .. I have used a lot of caffeine supplements and this is the weakest . don't know why people have comments like feeling headaches , insomnia , feeling jittery and stuff. To these people these are common side effects of high caffeine. So do some research before you buy such stuff . but 135 mg caffeine is barely anything . So you guys must really have low tolerance to caffeine

The bottle says 60 tablets. But there are only 45tablets in it.
