ウエイトをする際の、手のひらにまめが出来るのを防止する事。手首の固定をしたく購入しました。 まめ防止は抜群です。 手首固定は締め方によりしっかりと固定されます。 固定が要らない時は緩く閉めればいいので、使い方を別れる為いい感じです。 2-３年使用していますが、大きな破損もなく使えています。

Génial pour le développé couché, confortable, réduit les douleurs dans la paumés de la mains pour ceux qui ont des hématomes. La sangle de poignet protège et soutien bien le poignet. Excellent, je l'utilise depuis des années dans la salle de sport et j'en prête même à mes adhérents homme et femme, convient à tout le monde.

These provide so much grip. I’m able to focus more on targeted muscle and less on my hands. Really good quality and fits perfectly. Just a minor inconvenience. If u like to wear rings it can get a little uncomfortable with the positioning of the finger holes.
