YES - you can use this in a sitz bath! You can also 'rinse' the area with it - whatever works best for you!

Has anyone used this for postpartum?

Absolutely - postpartum issues are one of the main reasons this product is so popular. That is a delicate situation (been there!!!!) and daily soaking or 'washing' the area with this will greatly speed the healing process. TIP: these are very concentrated salts, so a tiny bit goes a long way. Only use 1/4 teaspoon to one cup of warm water. This gentle saline will soothe, moisturize and help you feel better fast.
